This website is operated by Bezel & Bond. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bezel & Bond. By visiting bezelandbond.com, placing an order, or using any service offered through the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our policies linked on the site. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

PRODUCTS, CONDITION, AND AUTHENTICATION

We sell luxury watches, fine jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and custom work. Product descriptions, condition reports, photographs, measurements, certificates, and included accessories are provided in good faith. Pre-owned items may show age-appropriate wear. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color and finish.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bezel & Bond is an independent secondary-market dealer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by the manufacturers whose trademarks appear on products. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products.

AVAILABILITY, PRICING, AND ORDERS

Inventory is limited and may sell through other channels. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment, including when an item is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout when required. We may correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors.

PAYMENT AND VERIFICATION

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. For fraud prevention and the protection of our clients, we may request additional identity, payment, address, or delivery verification before accepting or releasing an order. Refusal or inability to complete reasonable verification may result in cancellation and refund.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK

Shipping estimates are estimates and can be affected by authentication, payment review, carrier conditions, and events beyond our reasonable control. High-value orders may require an adult signature, identification, or collection from an approved carrier location. You are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address and for following any carrier requirements.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Product-specific return classifications and shortened windows shown on a product page or order confirmation also apply.

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER WORK

Custom and made-to-order work may require specifications, approvals, deposits, or staged payments. You are responsible for reviewing and approving design details, dimensions, materials, gemstones, engravings, and other specifications before production. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. Made-to-order returns are limited as stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site and its original content, design, graphics, photographs, video, text, code, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bezel & Bond and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from site materials without our written permission.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, submit false information, use the site to commit fraud, or violate any applicable law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, financing providers, carriers, and social platforms. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

INDEMNIFICATION

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
