Order Acceptance and Processing

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and any identity, billing-address, shipping-address, or delivery verification that Bezel & Bond reasonably requires. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; it does not constitute final acceptance. We may place an order on hold, request additional information, limit available delivery options, or cancel and refund an order if we cannot complete verification or safely fulfill it.

In-stock items are prepared for shipment within the timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation. Made-to-order, personalized, resized, and custom pieces require additional production time; the applicable estimate will be stated on the product page, proposal, invoice, or order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Locations and Charges

We ship only to destinations and by methods available at checkout. Domestic Standard shipping is complimentary on eligible U.S. orders of $70 or more, consistent with the rate displayed at checkout. International availability, carrier service, shipping cost, duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by destination and will be shown or calculated at checkout when available.

Bezel & Bond may restrict high-value orders to the billing address, a verified residential or business address, an approved carrier hold location, or another address approved after verification. We may decline delivery to freight forwarders, hotels, mail drops, P.O. boxes, virtual addresses, or locations we consider unsuitable for secure delivery.

Insured Delivery and Signature

Shipments may be insured while in transit and may require an adult signature, government-issued identification, or pickup from an approved carrier location. Do not authorize an unattended release or waive a signature requirement. A customer-requested waiver, alternate delivery instruction, or unauthorized rerouting may affect carrier protection and may make the customer responsible to the extent permitted by law. We may prohibit rerouting after shipment.

Timing and Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Payment review, authentication, sizing, production, weather, carrier disruption, customs, and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing. We will comply with applicable law if we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, including providing notice of a material delay and any cancellation or refund rights that apply. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law.

Tracking, Delivery, and Loss

Tracking information is provided when available. Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address and monitor tracking. Title and risk of loss transfer only as permitted by applicable law and the applicable carrier or insurance terms. A carrier scan alone does not waive any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Contact sales@bezelandbond.com promptly if a package appears lost, damaged, tampered with, or delivered incorrectly. Preserve all packaging and documentation and cooperate with carrier or insurance investigations. Do not return an item without authorization.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and compliance with destination-country requirements unless checkout expressly states that such charges are prepaid. Customs delays are outside our control. Refused or abandoned international shipments may be subject to deductions for unrecoverable shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, return, or insurance costs where permitted by law. International return eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any product-specific disclosure shown before purchase.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Bezel & Bond. Return eligibility depends on how the piece is identified on its product page and order confirmation.

IN-STOCK PIECES

Eligible in-stock pieces may be returned for a refund when you contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. The piece must be in perfect, unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, boxes, certificates, documentation, accessories, tags, and security seals intact.

HIGH-VALUE FINE JEWELRY

Fine-jewelry pieces specifically identified on the product page or order confirmation as having a shortened return window may be returned when you contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. The same original-condition requirements apply.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Made-to-order pieces may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery for an exchange or Bezel & Bond store credit only. They are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. The piece must satisfy all original-condition requirements above.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PIECES

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or client-approved commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email sales@bezelandbond.com before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after confirming eligibility. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Use a tracked and fully insured shipping service and package the item securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping and for the item until it is received by Bezel & Bond, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

All returns are inspected and authenticated after arrival. We will notify you when the inspection is complete. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed; your bank or card issuer may require additional time. Approved made-to-order returns receive an exchange or store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery and contact sales@bezelandbond.com immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
